Your grade on this assignment:
You did a good job in creating a notebook that is clear and well organised. You used well the plots and tried to explore all the tools we studied. However, you did not really make a choice on the method that would suite your data better. All the interpretation of the plots as well as the data is very general and need more depth into the specific problem that you are addressing. You have a problem with the annotation od the eset_puma, that compromised the DE analysis after that. Over all you did very well.
