How do I submit a letter of recomendation for William Stein to NSF Fastlane?

1. Go to https://www.fastlane.nsf.gov/d11/D11RefMain.htm To do this now in UNIX, right click and select "Open link in new window"; you should probably option-click on the Mac.
2. Click on "Prepare New Letter of Reference". This is the first link in the middle of the page.
3. You will be asked three questions:

        Applicant's Access Code: 3055  (this is mine)
        Password of your choice: [choose something]
        Retype your Password:
     

4. Click on "Prepare a New Letter of Reference".
5. Fill out the form. (We have probably known each other for 4 years; during this time I have been a graduate student.)
6. Click on "Prepare/Edit Reference"; this is in the top right of the four button grid.
7. Cut and paste your letter into the blank space. You can also submit a pdf file, but you don't have to.
8. Click "OK".
9. Enter your password and name, then click on "Submit Letter of Reference".
