William Stein's Online Book Collection

The .txt file is plain text. The .pdb file is specially formated for reading on a Palm Pilot computer. I've read (most of) these books, and found them extremely moving.

I've grabbed these texts from various sources, and might even get in trouble for making them available. The reason they are here is that I want a nice simple way to gather together my favorite books and make them available to a few of my friends. These books are all probably in the public domain by now, so...
